Returns Policy

We want you to love your FloorLock product. If you’re not completely satisfied, returning your purchase is quick and easy through Amazon.

How to Return a Product

All FloorLock products are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.com. To return an item:

  1. Go to “Your Orders” on your Amazon account.

  2. Find your FloorLock order.

  3. Click “Return or Replace Items” and follow the prompts.

  4. Print your return label and send the product back.

Amazon’s standard return policy applies. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please check your order details on Amazon for the exact return eligibility and timeframe.

Return Conditions
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or neglect may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds are processed once Amazon receives and inspects the returned item.

  • If your FloorLock product arrives damaged or is defective, please start a return through Amazon and select the appropriate reason. You may choose a refund or replacement.
